We sincerely apologize that we have to make the difficult decision to delay the availability of the ArkPro series, since we carried out rigorous checks during mass production and identified areas where we can further improve the manufacturing process.
Since shifting our brand strategy to focus on product innovation and customer experience, we have consistently maintained the highest standards in refining every detail. The entire Olight team has invested substantial effort and passion into the ArkPro project. ArkPro is more than just a flashlight; it represents our exploration into “innovations in square flashlights” and breakthroughs in lighting experiences. We cannot accept any compromises on this product.
We understand that this news may cause disappointment, and this decision weighs heavily on us as well. However, we truly believe that waiting a little longer will be worth it, resulting in a more refined product that we can all be proud of.
Right now, we are optimizing production and supply chain processes to ensure ArkPro reaches you in its best possible form. We will keep you updated every step of the way, and once it’s ready, you’ll be the first to know.
As a token of our appreciation, customers who reserve the ArkPro before 8 PM 22/09/2025 AEST will still receive an exclusive T-shirt or the Sphere C Stellar Sky gift when they purchase any of the ArkPro series. Customers who have not yet made a reservation can still participate in the event.
